Cloaking
Cloaking is a type of black hat search engine optimization (SEO) method in which the content offered to the search engine spider is different to that existing to the user's browser. The reason of cloaking is to mislead search engines so they display the page when it would not otherwise be displayed.
So cloaking is not measured necessary by proponents of that method. This technique is essentially to show different content to the user and the bot that crawls the website, so that you can manipulate what actually indexes. The "cloaking" is a penalized by search engines on the web. Some search engines like Google, offer the possibility for users to report any site that uses these techniques. Other fraudulent tricks that are used to help rank pages are Doorway pages, hidden text, duplicate pages, hidden links, spam in weblogs and books of signatures, the abuse of keywords and the purchase and sale of links
It is a method of positioning in Internet search engines, usually penalized by the major search engines.
Basically consists of "show" to the search engines (like Google or Yahoo) versions of the pages other than the actual. This version is optimized for a page to appear first in searches for certain words (which would not be able to get the actual page, which is what visitors are really common).

Back Links
Back links are the links to a site or a web page. The number of back links is the indication of the popularity or importance of this site or this page. Basically a back link is any link received by a web page, directory, website, or top level domain from another node in the Web. It is also said inbound links, links arrivals and inlinks.
Search engines often use the number of back links of a website as a factor in determining the classification of this website. For example, Google's Page Rank algorithm uses back links to help determine the positioning of a site. Toolbar Google can be used to see the Page Rank of a web page. For this reason, webmasters often use various techniques called Optimization for search engines or SEO to increase the number of back links pointing to their website.

It is not sufficient just to have a lot of back links. It is the Quality of back links beside ith the Quantity that helps in ranking well in Search Engines.
A back link could be measured as a Quality Back link if

Anchor Text
This is one of the most important aspects in web positioning techniques, particularly in the anchor text that is found in external sites to ours, links pointing to our website from other websites.
Google assigns a high priority to this text which we must strive to get links and worry that the anchor text is the most adequate for the positioning that we want to achieve.
As in many other aspects of positioning, we must make a choice to define the anchor text of links pointing to our web, it is normal that someone makes a link to our site do so using the name of our company or our website in the anchor text. While this is not harmful or not, adds little or no value when it comes to web positioning is concerned.
The "anchor text" is text that is underlined, the text that we click a link to follow, although sometimes, depending on the design of websites, you may not leave underlined, because the designer can change the aspect graph of links. In anchor texts are important in external web towards us, our own internal links and site maps.

ALT Text
Anyone who is well-known with web accessibility knows that images require alternative or ALT text assigned to it. The alternative text assigned to the images helps the screen readers to understand the images. Observe ALT text can be seen just by mousing over the image and looking at the yellow tool tip that appears.
Websites tend to diverge in how they use ALT text to logos. a number of them say, SEO Company name or Company name logo and many describe the function of the image usually by linking back to the homepage, as ALT text should always describe the content for the image so the first example that is alt="Company name As SEO India ", is most likely the best. And if the logo is a link back to the homepage then this can be efficiently communicated through the title tag.The alt characteristic is meant as an alternative or substitute to the image.
The important feature of ALT text is that keep it as short as possible.

• Leave away the image blank for decorative images
• Repeat the text in full if an image contains text,

Importance of ALT Text
One of the main problems on the Web today is the lack of alternative text for graphics and images. When these technologies come across images without alt text; they are unable to communicate their meaning.
When a screen reader comes across an image with no alt attribute, there is a pair of things that could happen:
1. May skip the image as if it were not even on the page.
2. The screen reader may find little text that is related with the image such as the file name and read that instead.
This shows that Alt text play a vital role in designing and decorating any website.
